Hi, I’m Alaina.

I help women 45+ reduce low back pain, stiffness, and fear of movement through simple yoga, supportive core strengthening, and nervous system care.

I know how frustrating it feels when your body starts dictating your day—when sitting too long makes your back ache, mornings feel stiff, or simple movement starts to feel harder than it should.

For over two decades, I worked in a demanding healthcare office while also supporting a loved one through a mental health crisis. Long hours, stress, and constant pressure took a real toll on my body. I experienced firsthand how tension, fatigue, and recurring low back pain can quietly affect everything—from energy to confidence to everyday movement.

What helped most wasn’t pushing harder.

It was learning how to work with my body instead of against it.

Through yoga, strength training, breathwork, meditation, and simple daily practices, I found a more supportive way to feel stronger, move with more confidence, and feel at home in my body again.

That’s what I help other women create now.

Not perfection.
